Hey everyone!

JRP Sacramento has some great news about our client, model and actress Amy Langlois. We signed Amy with the San Francisco Modeling Agency JE Models, and she has been very busy. In the last three weeks, Amy has booked a sixty second regional television commercial for "AAA " that might go national! She also booked a Pixar film called "Play by Play ", and filmed a Safeway commercial! Amy is also on hold for a Verizon commercial. We recently introduced Amy to Bonnie Ventis, Talent Agent with the KSR Agency in LA, and we are waiting to hear if they will be representing her in LA. Great job JRP Sacramento actress and model Amy Langlois!!

John Robert Powers Sacraento is proud to announce another iPOP actor, Ethan Basset, is on his way to making his dreams come true. Ethan's mom just let us know that Ethan will be signing a one-year contract for representation with a great Talent Agency in Los Angeles, the Sylvia Fergusuon and Associates Talent Agency. Hi everyone, Our own JRP actress and model Jillian Nelson just let us know about TWO new jobs she's landed in Los Angeles. Look for her in a new "Jack in the Box" commercial, and in a guest spot in the new Jerry Bruckheimer TV series "The Forgotten". It's so great to see this past IPOP "Model of the Year"winner do so well in her acting career. John Robert Powers Sacramento has been the big break for a lot of successful actors and models, but did you know that one of those exciting stars is Josh Duhamel.  Josh came to his first audition in early 1997, and our own Hank Ritter personally saw his potential, and working with him on both acting technique as well as runway.  Josh, under Hank and JRP Sacramento's tutelage, went to convention that summer, and walked away with the "Male Model of the Year" award, narrowly beating out some guy named Ashton Kutcher.  Josh then went on to star on "General Hospital", "Las Vegas", "Win a Date with Tad Hamilton", and the huge hit films "Transformers" and "Transformers 2".  Josh is an incredibly nice guy, and everyone at John Robert Powers Sacramento is so proud to say he got his big break here.  Way to go Josh!

Brannon just recently signed with a fantastic talent agent, KSR, and has been very busy filming and acting in commercials for Disney XD, Target, and the city of San Diego Tourist Bureau. Congratulations to this great child actor, John Robert Powers Sacramento client Ben Daniels. Ben is an amazing young comic actor, with an incredibly appealing personality. Ben participated in the iPOP LA convention, and received 23 (!!!!!!) talent agency callbacks. Ben has signed with Hines and Hunt talent management group, and also with Kazarian, Spencer, Ruskin & Associates, on of the top talent agents in LA. He has already been to an audition to act in a guest spot on "ER", and auditioned to act in a lead role in a film titled "Diary of a Wimpy Kid". Way to go Ben! I can't wait to see what fantastic successes come from this guy, he is going to make John Robert Powers Sacramento very proud.

Update on John Robert Powers Sacramento's Mathias Anderle!

You would not believe what this kid has been up to!  Since iPOP, where he met about a hundred of the best talent agencies and modeling agencies in the country, Mathias has signed with Justine Hunt of Hines and Hunt Management, she is one of our absolute favorite talent managers, as well as Paul Nelson of Wilhelmina LA.  Wilhelmina is one of the most prestigious modeling agencies in the world, and Paul Nelson has had a hand in countless stars in the fashion world.  Mathias has already been submitted for a Hollister shoot next month, as well as auditioned for a pilot for the production company 19 Entertainment (Owned by Simon Fuller, of American Idol).  The most exciting news is his reading for a new Disney series, "Alex Mojo"!  Mathias has already been asked to go back for a more formal audition for the LEADING role!  It really could not be happening to a nicer young man, whose professionalism and likability is off the charts.  Be sure to check out the links on this page, in addition to being a great model and talented actor, Mathias has a music page that is well worth visiting.  Good luck to John Robert Powers Sacramento actor and model Mathias!

Here is a special kid, a JRP's Giselle Gonzales. She has been with John Robert Powers Sacramento for over a year now, and has been a staff favorite from day one. After doing fabulous work in her workshops, and making numerous Talent Agency call back lists, I have some exciting things to report about this fantastic actress and model. She just recently signed with Matt Jackson of the prestigious Glick Talent Agency in LA. She also is starring in the full-length independent film "Penny Candy", as well as modeling in a national print campaign for Dirty Dog Jeans. Giselle is absolutely a stand out, and I am certain that this is the first of many congratulatory postings I will be making of this fine young actress and model. Hey Everyone!

This amazing looking girl is John Robert Powers Sacramento model Coral Anderson. She is one of our best fashion models, and had a spectacular convention last summer in Las Vegas. She won Model of the Year, as well as many other modeling awards, and had a spectacular number of callbacks from some of the biggest modeling agencies in the country, as well as

 caught the eye of Pageantry Magazine.

 She was flown to Orlando Florida, and was featured, modeling in a twelve-page spread in the annual Prom issue. She is also signed with a great modeling agency, Seattle Models Guild.

Upcoming Star: John Robert Powers Sacramento's Mathias Anderle!

Hey everyone, here is a young actor and model that is pretty special. Mathias has been with JRP Sacramento since August of 2005. He was a very friendly, very handsome little guy, and almost immediately had success as a model, signing with Seattle Models Guild. He booked a ton of ads, modeling with Macy's, Nordstrom, and Nordstrom.com, but then took some time off to pursue soccer at a high level. He came back this summer, and we got him back into workshops, and now he is heading to LA for iPOP. I have super high hopes for this kid as an actor and a model, he has a very unique and interesting look, and has been taking his acting workshops very seriously. He has also impressed everyone with his singing and song-writing ability, and has a new single called "Kisses in the Rain" that sounds like it could be a huge hit. Hey everybody, super exciting audition news for January 24th. We are going to host Krisha Bullock Casting! They are in charge of casting for the Nickelodeon super-hit "iCarly"! More fantastic news, Harriet Greenspan of "Zoey 101" and "Unfabulous" fame is heading back to scout JRP Sacramento. She is working on an exciting new sitcom called "Truth Jackson, VP". This is Andrey, the older of the "Brothers Ivanoff" who are doing so much now in the modeling and fashion world. Andrey is signed with the best modeling agencies in the business, Wilhelmina LA, and Ford of Europe. I could probably post something new every week from this exciting new model, he really is going to make John Robert Powers proud. He just flew home from Paris because he has been booked to be the exclusive model for a huge new Trousardi campaign. This should be the start of a great modeling career, and it couldn't be happening to a nicer guy, Andrey is as classy of young man as I have ever worked with at JRP. John Robert Powers Sacramento Success Story: Brannon Tompkins

Hey Everyone, here is another great acting and modeling success story, Mr. Brannon Tompkins. He started with John Robert Powers Sacramento in January, and has some fantastic things happen already. He signed across the board with the talent agency Superior Talent LA, and I have heard nothing but amazing things from his Talent Agent, Andrew Crusse. Brannon when to LA in August, and was able to act in a few commercials, including both acting and dancing in a national commercial for the Nintendo HSM3 Wii video game, directed by Disney High School Musicals own Kenny Ortega! He also appeared as the main model of a French Childrens clothing catalog. Brannon is a genuinely nice guy, and I expect quite a bit from this great young actor.

Here is yet another fantastic little actor from JRP Sacramento! Brian Baumgaurten has filmed a big commercial for Cranium Family Addition. He is a super cute little kid, who went and did very well at iPOP. He has been with JRP Sacramento for a couple of years now, and big things are expected of this guy. Here is a great new model of John Robert Powers Sacramento, Sarah Walker. She has been placed with a great local Seattle Modeling agency, Seattle Models Guild, but we have much higher hopes for her. She has had interest from both the Beatrice modeling agency and the Major modeling agency (excellent European modeling agencies), and I think with her height and very delightful personality, she should really break through into the high fashion modeling world, she certainly has had a lot of attention by some of the top modeling agents from Seattle to LA to NY. Hey Everyone, did you know that the Chris Olivero, co-star of  the hit show "Kyle XY" was from JRP Stockton/Sacramento?  Chris has had a pretty spectacular career, and has appeared in "Kyle XY", "24", "Ghost Whisperer", "CSI:Miami", "Boston Public", and "Line of Fire".  Way to go Kyle!

I would like to introduce you to one of my favorite John Robert Powers Seattle clients of all-time, Alexis Lambert!

This is a kid that a lot of the clients and families of John Robert Powers Seattle are familiar with, as she works for us on the days we bring talent agents and modeling agents to JRP Seattle, but I wanted to highlight here because she is exactly the kind of kid that makes our studio such a fantastic place. She began working with us in 2002, as a super cute little nine year old. She attended a big convention in NY in 2003, and has since done all sorts of things. She has been represented by a Seattle Talent agent and Seattle Modeling agent, TCM locally, as well as by Indra Clark of CTG LA, a great LA talent agent, who found her on a scouting trip to John Robert Powers Seattle. Now she is represented across the board by Tiffany Attwood at RPM Talent LA. Alexis has modeled print jobs for Macy's, Student Supply, SanMar, Fashion Designer Minju/McKay (I went to her runway show, Alexis was amazing), Getty Images, and Zumiez. She has also done some acting in an industrial film for the California Highway Patrol, a voice over for the Washington GET Program, and modeled in runway shows for Project Ethos 3 & 5 in LA, Minju/McKay, Teenest, and Hour Eyes. Alexis has also acted in a number of student films and independent films.

As impressive as all of that is, most of you know her from helping run the line for Agent Days, and know exactly how warm, professional, sincere, and adorable she is. All of us at John Robert Powers Seattle really feel that while Alexis has a great look for a model, and is an excellent actress, it is her incredibly likable personality that is going to make the entertainment business a career opportunity for her.
